Shortly after you click the Join Now button, you will receive an email at the address you have nominated.
You must click the activation link in that eMail to confirm your membership and login details, and then after that you will be able to login.
Should you not receive that Activation Welcome eMail that includes your acccount activation link, please use the Resend Activation Link. If hasn't arrived within a reasonable time frame or there is any other issue use the Contact Us link to advise us of your situation. Should you need to Contact Us remember to include your user name and the email you registered with.
(When logging in for the first time and you get an "Invalid username/password” message, it probably means you need to "activate" you account. If you have logged in previously and get that message, check your user name and password.)
It is recommended that you do not use Hotmail or Yahoo addresses as they often have delays in delivery. Yahoo is particularly difficult. If you use an email "spam approval account" you will need to check your unverified emails section.
