Joane Goulding has been an educator for over 30 years, with extensive experience in Stress Management and Nutrition, and has specialized in the Biopsychosocial aspect of Stress and Mind Management. She has published many papers and lectured throughout Australia and in the US, and is a member of numerous professional organizations. Her background covers many distinct pathways. Throughout her professional career of more than 33 years, Joane has been involved in Psycho- nutrition, Education, Training and Coaching. For 22 years Joane was a Director of the Australian Academy of Hypnotic Science. In 1998 the Academy became a Government Accredited Private Provider of Education and a Nationally Recognized Training organization. It was Joane who authored the documentation relating to the registration of the Private Provider of Education and as well, authored the Hypnosis Training manual. The Academy offered Certificates in Communication & Counselling, Conflict Resolution and a Diploma of Health - Clinical Hypnosis

Smart Parenting is facilitated by certified SleepTalk™ Coach David Dixon, an Australian living in Singapore and is Director of Next Step To Success Pte Ltd. David originally trained as a Podiatrist in 1979 and became a certified hypnotherapist in 1997. David is a Member of the AACHP, ACHA, and a Foundation Member of CCH (AU). As well, he is a member of the NGH (US). Since arriving in Singapore, David has become a Singapore People's Association Trainer and a Singapore Rugby Union Referee. He is the father of two teenagers.
